Procrastination
People nowadays is already know
what is "Procrastination" and still do it every time. For those who
do not know what "Procrastination" is, procrastination is an act of
avoiding or postponing task that should be accomplished. Procrastination can be
described as an intentional delay form oneself of doing a task despite that it
has negative effects. Sometimes, procrastination is associated with laziness
and people said that someone who is lazy always procrastinate. Procrastination is
very familiar with students in every stage of education. For me,
procrastinating is bad but i have an opinion about it. Let's imagine when you
have a task that should be collected next week. If you distribute your time
throughout the week evenly, you will not have much stress. But, the stress last
the whole week even though its just a little stress. And if you delay it until
the last day, You have much more stress but that will only last for a day (or
even only 12 hours if your try hard enough). But this opinion of mine is just a random
thought passing through my brain.
DO NOT OVERTHINK MY OPINION AND DO NOT PROCRASTINATE.
Procrastination is also linked with time
management of someone. Someone could be procrastinating because they have to do
a higher priority task that should be finished soon. If you put it this way,
procrastinating is useful to prioritize between task. But, excessive
procrastination can lead to several problems. Stress, anxiety, sense of guilt,
and other psychological problems will come to yourself if you always
procrastinate . In order to avoid procrastinating, one should learn on how to
organize their time carefully. If possible, you can make a schedule to organize
your time more efficiently. It is okay to procrastinate once in a while if you have some task that have higher priority than the other, but do not it every time.
